COVID-19 cancellation policy for all bookings from 30th October 2020
We want you to book a holiday with us but feel assured you will not lose all your Holiday money should you not be able to travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
We have made the following changes to our standard T & C’s:
Deposit of 30% payable to secure booking.
Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. (standard terms 10 weeks)

At Panther Snow Company we are committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which has been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. Here is what we have done to clean and sanitise the space:

Should you not be able to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions:
- 4 weeks and less, prior to your arrival date, we would like to offer a credit voucher on your deposit (30%) for a future holiday in either of our properties within 24 months of your original booking dates. All other monies paid to Panther Snow Company will be fully refunded.
- If you have already arrived in the resort and COVID-19 causes a curtailment of your holiday then we cannot offer a refund or credit voucher.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking more than 4 weeks before you travel then we can only offer a credit voucher of 15% and the remaining 15% will be retained as a non-refundable administration charge
COVID-19 CLEANING PRECAUTIONS
At Panther Snow Company we are committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which has been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. Here is what we have done to clean and sanitise the space:
- Approved products – we use disinfectants approved by global health agencies to prevent the spread of COVID-19
- Protective equipment – we wear protective gloves while cleaning
- Cleaning supplies on hand – we provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Thoroughly clean – each room has been cleaned following extensive cleaning checklists
- Every surface sanitised – all high-touch surfaces have been sanitised, such as doorknobs, worksurfaces, and light switches
- The space has been aired for several hours
- All linen is washed using a professional cleaning service
